I have gotten a little more insight on Tré’s preferred budget for his new apartment and I came up with a strategy to provide various options all with different budgets. First apartments are hard because you would like to have a fully furnished house but in reality furniture is expensive and it takes time to fully invest into your home. My solution to this is purchasing affordable furniture to help start out and over time as things wear down you will have more time to save up and upgrade to a higher quality piece. I recommend splurging on your key items: your bed and your couch. These two items require the biggest investment but they have the ability to last long and these are staple items that you will transport with you to every new place. So I decided to go for 3 designs that range from low budget to a slightly higher budget to see what Tré would be more comfortable with. I am aiming to utilize cheaper furniture sites with decent quality that will last him a good minute. I focused on websites Wayfair and West Elm, Wayfair is an online furniture retailer that is kind of like an Amazon for furniture. West Elm is a trendy furniture store that is a little more than Wayfair but has great quality pieces. I am excited to start making the designs I have already been getting so much inspiration based off of what I am seeing of the sites.
